3. PURCHASE OF ADVERTISING SERVICE
3.1 Once you select one of our advertising plans (the "Contract"), you are agreeing to pay the service fee charged by ADVINCY.com for that plan until termination of the Contract. Following the date of the execution of this Contract, ADVINCY.com will on or about the date indicated begin offering the advertisement on our website.
4. USER ACCOUNTS
4.1 You must create an account and provide certain information about yourself in order to use some of the features that are offered through the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur in connection with your Account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account. We reserve the right to close your Account at any time for any or no reason.
4.2 If you violate one or more of our terms, your account may be liable to suspension or termination. Suspensions may vary and their limits are strictly up to the management of ADVINCY.com.
5. ADVERTISING
5.1 ADVINCY.com may publicly display advertisements, paid content, and other information nearby or in association with Your Content. You are not entitled to any compensation for such advertisements. The manner, mode, and extent of such advertising are subject to change without specific notice to you.
5.2 The following terms are all liable to suspension and/or termination of user accounts:
i. NO businesses are allowed to advertise their business or their products in our Product Marketplace using an "individual plan".
ii. You are only allowed to advertise ONE good in a single post in our Product Marketplace.
iii. Only products/services located within the country of St. Vincent and the Grenadines are allowed to be advertised on our website.
iv. NO spamming. You are not allowed to advertise the same product/service/information more than once anywhere on our website.
v. Absolutely NO pornography or offensive materials.
6. PAYMENT
6.1 The fees due charged by ADVINCY may be increased at any point in the year, in accordance with our standard practices. You shall pay ADVINCY the increased fees upon receipt of a notice of increase from ADVINCY.
6.2 All fees are non-refundable in the event your account gets suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Use.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
7.1 Any dealings with ADVINCY shall be governed by the laws of the country of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. For any claim brought by either party in regards to the Terms of Use and the use of ADVINCY.com, you agree to submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the country of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Vincentian law will govern these Terms, as well as any claim, cause of action or dispute that might arise between you and ADVINCY.com.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS OF USE
